BP8 RILS Reflection

The RILS project has been be far the most challenging and rewarding training I have had in my professional career. I’ve always herd that right in time or job embedded professional development is the best for improving someone practice.  I’ve believed this to be true but have not experienced the power of this type of training.  My project has had a changed the deism of my   The best part is that it has already changed my daily instruction and I can’t wait to teach this unit every year!
